10th Annual National Missing &
Unidentified Person
s Conference

August 17-19, 2016 | Atlanta, GA
Pre-Conference August 15-16, 2016
2016 marks the fifteenth anniversary of the tragedies that took place on September 11, 2001. As we remember this important day and how it has changed our lives, we reflect upon how the 9/11 events have changed how we search for missing and unidentified persons.  Significant strides have been made in the location and protection of all citizens.
During this year’s conference, you will learn effective and advanced approaches and strategies for finding and recovering missing and unidentified persons, particularly as it relates to mass casualties, unidentified remains, long-term missing, and diverse victim populations. You will also examine effective strategies and techniques for locating and protecting victims and serving victims with special needs.
The National Association For Search And Rescue and the National Criminal Justice Training Center of Fox Valley Technical College are proud to partner for this year’s event. Georgia POST Credits are approved for this event.
